This is an excellent project showcasing the wide variety of work Custom Cabinets is capable of producing.

Finish selections for the project included stained solid maple cabinets with recessed panel doors, built-in bookcases, trim work, laminated euro style cabinetry with flat slab style doors, aluminum trim accents, aluminum feet, and Zodiaq Galaxy Black countertops throughout. Included in our scope of work were several cashier stations, bookcases, coffee bar, apple store cabinetry, restrooms, break room cabinetry and countertops.

The Parker’s Company has been updating their stores with the help of Custom Cabinets, the most recent being the Drayton Street location which is nestled the heart of downtown Savannah. We have worked in collaboration with Parker’s to create a custom designed brew station for their new “beer growlers.”

These new craft brews are housed in our custom made cabinetry station created specifically to fit within the existing space while incorporating the existing soda fountain and its famous chewy ice! The new craft brew station incorporates a variety of finishes including painted and stainless steel cabinetry and a black granite countertop. The heart of the brew station being the beer taps has been finished with glacier white Corian solid surface to provide a crisp refreshing look while also creating an easy clean surface.

The pictures below show the work in progress as well as the finished installed product.

A complete kitchen renovation encompasses everything from the demolition to placing your dinnerware in your new cabinets. You can spend months debating the endless options you are presented with for everything from tiles to paints. However, in the end, everything seems to come together. With the help of family, friends, and maybe even a kitchen designer, you have created a cohesive look. A kitchen that represents your family’s taste and that will make your life easier.

There are tiny touches that when added into the design can truly make a big impact. Consumers typically opt for any hardware, perhaps the distributor is running a promotion for free knobs and handles, and that will be the one you go with. While there is nothing wrong with saving extra money, there are also many hardware manufacturers that offer great quality product for low prices.

The hardware for your cabinetry is the jewelery of the kitchen; it is a small accessory, but it is definitely noticeable. It is one more chance for you to incorporate your personal style into the room. With options in metals, woods, and ceramics, there is something that appeals to everyone. Bring your remodel to a closure by purchasing unique closers!

Chris Williamson has been working in cabinetry since he was a teenager. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, he returned to work for his uncle, Roy Williamson, who established Custom Cabinets in 1975.After exploring other work opportunities for a few short years, Chris returned to his roots and by December 2005, had increased the company’s sales volume tremendously. He is now completing his sixth year as owner of Custom Cabinets by Williamson Millworks.

Cabinetry adds value to any home or business by creating distinct looks for a variety of areas. Custom Cabinets have diversified their product line to create an enticing array of options for any budget. They offer both custom built and factory built cabinets and often use the combination of both to accommodate the needs of their residential and commercial customers. They are adept at handling both new construction and remodeling jobs – both large and small. Each customer is given exceptional individual attention.

Chris encourages each customer to research the company and visit the shop where your residential cabinets, commercial casework, retail store fixtures, or laboratory casework will be built. You should never provide a deposit to a company you don’t trust; know their reputation for both quality and efficiency. Also, ask for a list of previous customers who would refer them.
